The Campania brand specialized in the production of fresh artisan pasta, present at the International Food Exhibition in Paris, has launched the new line of products “Fratelli Scala”

A great success for the “Tenaci Pastai” Giampiero and Giuseppe Scala, official representatives of the Scala family, owner of the La Rustichella brand who were present at SIAL Paris from 15 to 19 October 2022. Between tastings, with the preparation of some recipes elaborated by chefs Giovanni Mariconda and Giuseppe Virdis, and moments of meeting with illustrious personalities from all over the world, La Rustichella – specialized in the production of fresh artisan pasta – has reserved many surprises for its visitors, including the launch of the new product line frozen artisan products called “Fratelli Scala”.

From Montemiletto to Paris, therefore, the step is short: the large number of approvals and certificates of esteem received from an international public has helped to strengthen the presence abroad of an Italian brand that boasts almost forty years of experience. In fact, La Rustichella was born in 1984 thanks to Antonietta De Cristofaro and her passion for artisanal egg pasta. An ancient tradition, then taken up by her sons – the “Tenaci Pastai” Giampiero and Giuseppe – which is based on the agri-food treasures to which Italy is the treasure chest. The members of the Scala family have been able to combine craftsmanship, creativity and attention to product quality with the most modern production techniques: a source of pride for fellow citizens of Campania and beyond.
