Ravioloni with seafood

Ingredients

  • 300 gr of Rustichella’s ravioloni
  • 500 gr of mussels
  • 300 gr clams
  • 300 gr fish stock
  • 250 gr cherry tomatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • parsley
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt

Making
Heat the oil in a saucepan, let the minced garlic and parsley flavor, add the peeled tomato, finely minced and mashed with a fork and cook for 2-3 minutes. Open the carefully washed seafood separately in a large pan over high heat, then add them to the sauce with their well-filtered liquid and cook over high heat for 2-3 minutes, then remove from the heat.
Start cooking the ravioloni then drain them with a slotted spoon and dress them with the seafood sauce and a sprinkling of parsley to garnish.
