Meanwhile prepare the <strong>base for the sauce<\/strong> by pouring oil, poached garlic &#8211; which you will brown &#8211; and <strong>broccoli tops<\/strong> into the pan. Then cover the pan with the lid and leave to simmer for a few minutes with a little boiling water.<\/p>\n<p>Add the <strong>sausage<\/strong> to the sauce in the pan and let everything cook, add salt and cover again with the lid.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of cooking <strong>pour the pasta directly into the pan<\/strong> and remove the garlic from the saut\u00e9ed sauce. Leave the pasta to cook for a few more minutes together with the sauce, stirring it in with a little <strong>oil and grated pecorino cheese<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, plate the <a href=\"https:\/\/larustichella.it\/product\/orecchiette-fresche\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>orecchiette<\/strong><\/a> decorating with other <strong>grated pecorino, nduja<\/strong> and a little <strong>pepper<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The dish is ready, all you have to do is bring it to the table![\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text woodmart_inline=&#8221;no&#8221; text_larger=&#8221;no&#8221;] Making: Pour the orecchiette into boiling water and leave cook for 6 minutes.
